Ingredients:
– 500 ml vegetable stock
– 300 gr of green peas
– 1 onion
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 400 gr of salmon
– salt and pepper

Preparation:
– Peel the onion and chop finely.
– Add the peas and cook for a few minutes over high heat.
– Add the vegetable stock as much as it will cover the peas.
– Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
– Cook for 15 minutes.
– Place the salmon, cut into cubes and cook.
