Calabria is a region rich in history and culinary traditions. A reinterpretation in a modern key of the most traditional dishes has opened the way to innovative and fun experiments, full of surprises and novelties. The added value of our table, however, is the products, all strictly organic and from local sources, cultivated with love and passion in our farms. Moreover, all our first courses are homemade with grains from our lands, ground with a stone mill. The rice comes from the Piana di Sibari, where it has been cultivated since the 15th century.
