This farmhouse is situated in marina di gioiosa jonica which is less then 1, 5 km from the house. Immersed in the greenery of hills covered in olive trees, it`s only 1,5 km far from the seaside. It offers the possibility to enjoy its typical products as well as accommodation in flats and rooms. You will be a guest much more than a customer. You can also enjoy an outdoor space where you can relax at the end of the day in an excellent atmosphere that nowadays is not so easy to find. It’s an ideal place where you can spend a nice holiday and just relax in the quietness of nature. There are rooms, apartments and bungalows. The restaurant proposes in particular typical calabrese, mediterranean dishes, prepared with product of the farm and completed by the owner’s hospitality and friendliness. Product of the farm: oil, vegetable (hot pepper, tomato, courgette, aubergine, pepper, maize) fruit (lemon, orange, fig, mandarin orange, blackberry) meat, eggs, salami and liquor. The farm house also included a swimming pool in thought ancient olive trees, bowls pitch, riding, animals, tennis table, soccer, volleyball, mountain bike, baby parking. The farmhouse has ten hectares of land and it is surrounded by olives groves. The owner will welcome you with enthusiasm and will be glad to tell you about rural activities. The farmhouse is only 1,5 km far from the seaside. It is situated in marina di gioiosa jonica which is less then 1, 5 km from the house. There are a lots of restaurants, bar, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops of any kind also of speciality regional foods. It is an excellent area for riding horses.

	sono stata alla pietra bianca insime al mio fidanzato.... ci siamo trovati molto bene! l'ambiente e tranquillo e si respira un' aria fresca e profumata. il personale e sempre a disposizione, il mangiare è delizioso. lo consiglierei... è stata una bella vacanza! (Excellent)

	Struttura particolare e gradevole. Indispensabile però un auto poichè posizionata al termine di una lunga strada secondaria e parzialmente sterrata, nella zona collinare alle spalle di Roccella. (Sufficient)
