The company is located in Monasterace and extends over 67 hectares in the heart of Magna Graecia, within the Archaeological Park of ancient Kaulon, a few steps from the Punta Stilo Lighthouse built in 1891 and still in operation today. Captivated by this place and its history, and driven by the desire to revive the role the company played for many years in local agricultural production, in 2003 we embarked on a project aimed at enhancing the countless potential offered by this stretch of land. The radical choice of a path dedicated exclusively to organic and quality farming characterizes all company productions, certified since 2004 by the Control and Certification Body Suolo e Salute. The agritourism offers, throughout the year, accommodation in mini-apartments finished in terracotta and wood located in the old Manor House renovated in 2009, or in double and twin bedrooms with private bathroom located in the old Sheepfold and in the Villa, both renovated in 2013. The agritourism is certified by AIAB as a bio-ecological agritourism and is part of the circuit promoted by Turismo Responsabile through "i Viaggi del Goel", is among the facilities listed on Equotube in the "Responsible Stay" section, and is finally affiliated with the Touring Club Italiano.
MASTER HOUSE: On the first and second floors, 4 mini-apartments have been built, each of which consists of a welcoming living area with equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom. VILLA: Its privileged position offers enchanting sunrises and sunsets as well as the evocative view of the opposite Punta Stilo Lighthouse. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen available to guests for breakfast, a large sea-view relaxation room with spacious external garden. On the first floor 3 large double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. On the second floor there is the panoramic solarium terrace. SHEEPFOLD: it consists of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and private small garden. It also houses on the first floor (Sheepfold Tower) a large double bedroom with four-poster bed, chest of drawers and bathroom with whirlpool tub.

Shuttle: to and from the airports of Lamezia Terme, Reggio Calabria or Crotone; to the train arrival/departure stations; to the bus arrival/departure stations (price to be agreed, max 4 seats). Conferences: the Locanda and the Villa can be used for conference-seminar activities, educational, study, entertainment activities and for business meetings or gatherings. Small ceremonies: the Locanda and the Villa can be arranged for banquets or ceremonies such as baptisms, birthday parties etc. Courses: wine tasting courses; oil tasting courses; typical Calabrese cuisine courses; ceramic courses (for groups of maximum 12 people and preferably in spring/summer) to discover ceramics inspired by the culture and pastoral language of Calabria and the South; diving courses (both snorkeling and with Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) and underwater excursions (with affiliated facility) are organized, also upon request and for groups.
