Inside the old cellar of the Casa Padronale stands the "Locanda Cocintum", a name derived from the denomination of the promontory (Cocynthum Promontorium) on which the farm extends. The Locanda is furnished in rustic style, using predominantly terracotta and wood, with the spacious dining room characterized by the presence of a typical fireplace, a rough stone breakfast counter and a ceiling made with exposed wooden trusses. This is the ideal setting for relaxing breakfasts, pleasant wine tastings and for enjoying, on warm summer evenings, typical dishes of Calabrese cuisine, local meat and catch from the Ionian Sea prepared on a large outdoor grill. The cuisine is characterized by the predominant use of seasonal quality products coming mainly from the farm's organic fruit and vegetable crops (KM 0) or from other neighboring agricultural enterprises.
