The restaurant "Podere Pansera", with an indoor dining room characterized by large windows and an outdoor terrace that extends towards the pool, is available to guests offering delicious regional dishes combined with international dish, with special attention to the presentation, made with quality ingredients from property’s production and Zero-Km. To complete the gastronomic proposal: the opportunity to taste a pizza prepared in a traditional and skilful way by the pizzaiolo with aperitif and local product tasting served on the terrace.

For this reason, the Relais is based on the philosophy of Zero-Km and strives to bring to the table a local, ethical, and sustainable ingredients that guests will be able to enjoy, from the breakfast to every other meals.
The chefs of the restaurant "Il Podere" - located inside the Relais, in a privileged position - blends in the best dishes of the typical Calabrian cuisine with those of the Italian gastronomic tradition, proposing dishes with genuine flavours and products of the highest quality through the use of self-produced certified organic raw materials.
The fresh and sophisticated dishes will accompany the taste buds of guests on a journey of discovery of the interesting food culture of Calabria.
