The restaurant at Farm-house Costantino

We are located in the isthmus of Catanzaro, the narrowest point in Italy. Between the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, on a hill of olive groves with Mediterranean vegetation, near the Cottola river, in the Donnantonio locality in Maida. In this typical landscape of the South, a rural village once stood, which today has been restored following a line of continuity with the history of the place, and has been aligned with current standards and needs. The revitalized village has become the beating heart of the company, from which all business activities branch out: agricultural production, processing of raw materials, restaurant services, hospitality, social, recreational and educational activities. We lovingly care for ten thousand centuries-old olive trees, Carolea cultivar, and produce a prized organic extra virgin olive oil Lametia DOP and Slow Food presidium. Nature and its rhythms are at the center of our vision, which is why we adopt sustainable agriculture that respects the seasonality of the land and preserves the properties of its fruits. The olives are processed with cold pressing in the company mill within 4 hours of harvest to preserve their nutritional properties and obtain a genuine oil with a unique taste.
