Our gastronomic proposal is for those passionate about taste; carefully simple, it is centered on seasonality and the high quality of ingredients, on the genuineness of preparations and on the delicacy of cooking methods. The dishes are those of the most authentic Calabrese tradition, some proposed according to ancient recipes two hundred years old, others reinterpreted by our creativity. We offer hot and cold appetizers; first courses based on homemade or artisanal pasta, second courses of meat (pork or lamb or veal raised exclusively in Calabria) or fish (cod or stockfish or blue fish caught in our sea and very fresh), traditional desserts made by our hands, fresh or cooked fruit.
