Farm-house Tempa Del Niglio

At Marina di Ascea, the cuisine of Tempa del Niglio draws from the family farm: meat, cured meats and cheeses are produced on the estate, alongside vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from the Pisciottana cultivar. The dishes follow the principles of the Mediterranean Diet.

At lunch, upon request, cold appetizers arrive, boards of cured meats and cheeses, freselle with tomato and dishes for children. Dinner is at 20:00, fixed menu: small appetizer, first course, second course, fruit and coffee or house liqueurs. It changes with the seasons.

Among the signature dishes: fusilli with goat ragù, lagane and chickpeas, ciambotta, fried pizza, minestra sdrinda, zippule with anchovies or fioriddi, eggplant parmesan, ravioli, pasta and beans, 'mbuttunate anchovies.

Breakfast is buffet-style from 8:00 to 9:30: homemade cakes, jams and honey from our own production, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea. Throughout the rest of the day the bar remains open for coffee, soft drinks, ice cream and aperitifs.

For dinner, it is advisable to book. There are menus designed for children.
