The farm, managed according to organic principles, is located in a beautiful hillside position in Castel Campagnano. It offers accommodation in panoramic rooms, all equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms, as well as a reading room, a TV, a small film library, and a restaurant serving typical Campania cuisine.

The structure has been recently renovated following bioarchitecture principles, using natural materials such as wood and glass, with low environmental impact, reduced energy consumption, photovoltaic panels, and a waste recovery system.

In addition to the vineyard, which produces internationally recognized wines (as seen in Wine Spectator), Selvanova also cultivates excellent olive oil and produces table olives.

An organic vegetable garden also provides fresh and healthy vegetables.

The farm involves adults, children, and school groups in courses related to its agricultural activities.

The non-profit association Selvanova for social purposes promotes and enhances the local area.
