Ca' de' Gatti was established in 1997 from the restoration of a farmhouse dating back to the year 1000, when the Tini family decided to restructure the building while preserving the characteristic features of traditional Romagna rural homes. It is located on a hillside between Brisighella and Faenza, surrounded by 38 hectares where vineyards and olive groves flourish. From the rooms, guests can admire the landscape of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennine hills.
It welcomes 14 guests in rooms and mini apartments with private facilities. At the table, it offers Romagna cuisine: the vegetable garden dictates the recipes, wine comes from the estate's vineyard, oil from the olive grove. The dishes are born from real stories—a grandmother's imprecision in not weighing ingredients, a kitchen mistake that became a fixed recipe. Breakfast is served even for those arriving on foot. Ca' de' Gatti hosts weddings and ceremonies in the courtyard, as well as baptisms and communions. It offers picnics, tastings with piada and wine, and half-board stays. It is open all year round.
