Agriturismo Casale Eldoro is located on a small promontory along the banks of the Baganza Stream in Calestano, on the first hills of the Parma area. We grow vegetables and fruit that are then used in the preparation of our dishes. In addition to our own products, we try to use products from agricultural companies in the area or in any case local ones. Our cuisine is also local. Therefore you will be able to taste tortelli, tagliatelle, cappelletti, lasagne etc., all prepared with flours from an agricultural company in the area. There is certainly no shortage of fried cake and cured meats. The wines are also local ones, lambrusco, gutturnio, malvasia. Calestano, whose historic center is a beautiful medieval village, is about 1.5 km from the agriturismo and therefore reachable even on foot with a healthy walk. Many of our guests stop with us to visit the city of Parma or tour the Castles of the Duchy. Others come to enjoy the healthiness of the air and the almost unspoiled nature of our area, as well as of course to taste the delicacies of the place.
