Born in spring 2015, the latest venture of the organic farm Terre Giunchi, this terracotta-colored farmhouse nestles on the hills of Rio Eremo. Four bedrooms upstairs, each unique, each named after a woodland creature: colorful walls, warm furnishings. Below, the kitchen works with produce from the neighboring farm on Via Tranzano. Just steps away stands the Cantineria, part osteria and part wine bar, where you can enjoy house wine and beer paired with local specialties. On summer evenings, picnics are organized among the olive groves, wire baskets carried out to the countryside as the sky darkens. Within the farmhouse remains a small museum of rural heritage, featuring a wood-fired oven, and a classroom for educational farm activities overlooking an artificial pond.
