The Farm Holiday Centre "Andreana " is a quiet and relaxing rural area located in the Pordenone countryside, just a few steps away from the centre of Villotta di Chions. Welcome, hospitality and genuineness are the values that have been drawing the Stefanuto family into the Farm Holiday Centre management with passion for over 50 years, always providing new services to whoever chooses to stay in our quiet and friendly environment. Besides our comfortable accommodations, you may find yourself fully immerged in a very wide rural area, in which you could taste many traditional food and the exceptional meat products entirely made by our Farm Holiday Centre, that you may buy in our well-stocked factory store. Moreover, the strategic location (it is just 500 meters from the A28 highway) allows you to easily reach many interesting tourist sites, such as Udine, Trieste and the romantic Venice. If you would like to go sightseeing the local area, you may also rent one of the Farm Holiday Centre bicycles and have some very enjoyable trips around the countryside. Andreana " accommodations, located in Villotta di Chions (via Vittorio Veneto), have been built over a late-19th century partially remoulded ancient stable. The Stefanuto family long history and traditions are all represented in the painting you may see walking up the stairs, in which our Farm Holiday Centre founders are portrayed. From the stairs you will directly reach a wide covered terrace, ideal for some friendly barbeques and just perfect if you would like to enjoy the sight of the rural area surroundings from on high. From the terrace you may access the 4 rooms, all furnished and equipped with all mode conveniences: independent heating system, air conditioning, TV-set, independent toilet facilities with shower and hair dryer, a small fridge, a private safe and a small sitting room. Instead of our rooms you may also enjoy our apartments, equipped with independent kitchen and facilities. Ca ' De Sergio " accommodations are located in the midst of the landscape area of Azzano Decimo (via Cesena Scorz), just 800 mt away from our Farm Holiday Centre "Andreana ". These accommodations are recently made, thus fully furnished and equipped with all mode conveniences too. Instead of our rooms you may also enjoy our apartments, equipped with independent kitchen and facilities. The building is in the middle of a wide garden, in which you may make use of a gazebo with grill and enjoy an open-air barbecue. There also is a small river flowing next to the building, to further increase the feeling of the merging with nature and allowing you to fully enjoy the landscape, the sounds and the colors of what the countryside offers.
