On our organic farm we want to offer you a relaxing break linked to a Slow Tourism type of holiday and, above all, a Sustainable Tourism where the guest is aware of environmental aspects, loves the tranquility and the simplicity of things, can savour the area’s culture and history while enjoying pleasing physical activities such as walking, trips by bike and Nordic walking while appreciating healthy eating with organic food and wine and preferring to visit authentic places of interest.
Our facilities, in fact, are very well situated from a logistical perspective in that from the Karst plateau you can reach all the sites of our Region Friuli Venezia Giulia in a maximum of one hour by road as well as neighbouring Slovenia and Venice (an hour by train). Indeed, we are only 12 km from the border with Slovenia (in an hour on the motorway you can be in Ljubljana), 15 km from the Adriatic coast, but especially just a few kilometres from the prestigious Castles of Miramare and Duino and UNESCO World Heritage towns such as Aquileia, Cividale and Palmanova. Being located in the Karst a visit to fascinating caves such as the Grotta Gigante, the Skocjan Cave Park in Slovenia and the famous caves at Postojna are all a must.
