Salami from regional tradition, meat of goose, duck, guinea-hen and chicken, fresh vegetables and eggs come all from our farm production, which follows the simple natural criteria of the past; the cakes are obviously home-made. The strict selection of the other ingredients looks for the best of the local production and allows us to vary our menus according to the season. We also propose you our wines produced in ISONZO FRIULI DOC area: Pinot Grigio/Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Spumante, Spumante Rosè... It's possible to book a visit in our wine cellar. For children –our special guests– we offer dedicated menus.
