The agriturismo opens on weekends within the estate where Ivaldo Orzan has been planting vineyards since 1964 on the hills of Collio. Salame, sopressa and pancetta are made here; prosciutto arrives from Sauris. The cuisine follows Friuli recipes, without reinvention.

House wines arrive at your table. The Friulano Doc Collio "Una Gnot" still follows the method of the 1960s: one night of maceration, then hand-pressing of the skins. The other wines are born from white vinification, with soft pressing of whole grapes.

Prices reflect what arrives on your plate: here the menu follows what the Orzan family produces, in the vineyard and in the kitchen.

L'azienda agricola Orzan Ivaldo propone degustazioni nel territorio del Collio a Capriva del Friuli. La visita include un giro in cantina e, meteo permettendo, un giro in vigna, seguiti dalla degustazione di 6 vini al prezzo promozionale di 20 euro a persona. È possibile inoltre assaggiare i salumi aziendali. Le degustazioni si tengono dal lunedì al giovedì su prenotazione. L'azienda offre anche la possibilità di acquistare direttamente i vini prodotti.
