Surrounded by the beautiful country side of Castelli Romani, just out of Ariccia's living area, between Albano and Genzano, situated on a hillock with an amazing 360° scenic view of the Tyrrhenian coast and breathtaking sunsets. The agricultural part consists of glasshouse vineyards with Trebbiano, Malvasia Candia and Latium Malvasia varieties and olive plants of the Leccino and Frantoio varieties. All cultivation is done using biological methods
The most important production is the D.O.C white wine from the Fontana di Papa cellar, which is a partner of the company. The extra virgin olive oil produced by the company is strictly biological produced.
