Podernovo is a farm holidays dating to 1900. The main building of Podernovo is located on the Via Francigena. The via Francigena is very old infact which was used by French pilgrims who went to St. Peter. The farmhouse is composed by 11 apartments placed in the middle of the green park. Moreover there is a private beach available to guests. From May 2012 the farm offers the opportunity to host animals: cats, dog and horses!!! Horse and riders may enjoy to go trekking on the old path or just relax on the green grass.
The Village comprises two large rural farmhouses facing each other and other ancient buildings arranged all around, once used as storage warehouses. In the first farmhouse, called the main farmhouse, where the owners also reside, 4 apartments have been created with names corresponding to those of the ancient tenant farmers (Polleggione, Birichino, Sem, Casa Vecchia). Facing the main farmhouse is Casale Costantino, distinguished by a large arch, which houses apartments 3, 4, and 5. Completing the Village are Casetta 1 and Casetta 2, independent buildings adjacent to the main farmhouse, and Casaletto Costantino, also independent, adjacent to the namesake farmhouse. Casetta gialla is a charming cottage nestled among greenery between the landscape and the beach, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the Village.

Since April 2012, the agriturismo Borgo Podernovo has been a relaxing retreat and oasis for horses and riders. Paddocks and pastures are available for guests. From Borgo, you can depart on horseback excursions along the Via Francigena or through the surrounding woodlands.
