The cottages of "Santa Barbara" sit on a green hill, surrounded by hazelnut and oaks trees. From the top of the valley, the cottages enjoy a wild, natural and uncontaminated countryside which is connected to the archeological park of the "Antichissima Città di Sutri". The property (20ha) includes the two quite et confortable cottages (“Il Casale” and ”La Stalla”) surrounded by a wide and neat garden with panoramic pool, verandas and a characteristic woodstove. The position is also particurarly plaesant and well chosen, because not far from Rome (55km / 1h by car, 1h15 by train) and Viterbo (20 km). Il Casale has retained all the character and charm of the monastery from which it derives (17th century). On the first floor lies a spacious and bright apartment enjoying the surrounding wooded landscape. It consists of a large living room with exposed beams and lovely fireplace; three double rooms, three bathrooms; a delightful kitchen fully equipped. On the ground floor, two large spaces with brick vaults, stone arches and mangers, an ideal location also for parties and receptions. La Stalla has been divided into two independent and connected apartments. The larger apartment – characterized by an ample and bright dining room with fireplace, a warm reading room access to verandas – can host 12-14 persons. Six double rooms – with bathroom – and a double room with door window overlook the garden. The kitchen, large and fully equipped overlooks two panoramic verandas.
Accommodation in apartment for 6 or more people, large indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for stays, stages and parties. The apartments have dishwasher, baby cots, TV, wooden furniture, terracotta floors, large external verandas, shaded, independent and quiet. The pool, with salt water, is open from May to September. Outside, garden tables and sun loungers, barbecue, ping-pong and wood oven, large lawn for playing. Possibility to book an excellent family cuisine catering service. Animals are welcome: let us know if you want to bring your furry friends. GPL heating and wood heating at consumption for the winter season. After booking, the guest will receive a house manual, the pool regulations and basic useful information about the surroundings.
