Discover the restaurant

In the kitchen, Sandra, the owner, oversees the tasting menu, from appetizer to dessert, beverages included. Her son Lorenzo speaks of products "minus one kilometer away": many come from the family farm, others from nearby producers. The dining room overlooks Lake Bracciano. Those arriving for lunch may drop by by chance and still find a table, just as those dining in the evening after a day at the spa. The service is attentive yet informal: guests say you can taste the warmth of home.

The menu

Our menu changes frequently as it follows the seasonality of our local produce. We use our own hazelnuts to create first courses, meat dishes, and desserts. Our specialty is the crostata with figs and walnuts.
