Tenuta del Varco is located in the Sabine Mountains a few kilometres from Rome, in the province of Rieti, near the picturesque Salto Lake that branches off into the splendid Salto Valley. And it is in this magical environment of characteristic tranquillity that the Agriturismo Tenuta del Varco is slowly being discovered. Situated in a particularly privileged natural position, at about 800 m. above sea level, surrounded by the Monte Cervia and Monte Navegna nature park, it allows guests and visitors to perceive the true sense of nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, where time returns to flow according to ancestral rhythms. The farm is a rural residence, elegant and cosy, with an extension of about 100 hectares entirely fenced in, an ideal refuge for those seeking peace and quiet, and in the heart of it a small paradise on earth opens up. It is possible to savour the genuineness that only the simplest emotions can give, inextricably linked to the comforts necessary for an unforgettable stay. Silence becomes a clamour at the sight of the evocative fusion of man and nature; it is no coincidence that fallow deer and stags immersed in a valley, reserved for them, are the only spectators of the agritourism complex. The farm has six recently built mini-apartments, of different sizes and with independent entrances; they are all equipped with a kitchenette (complete with fridge) integrated into the living room, private bathroom with shower, independent heating, satellite TV and Sky, and a working fireplace; every detail, from the wooden ceilings to the terracotta floors, from the linen to the crockery, has been chosen to offer the warmth of a home. An attentive and accurate service is available to guests, and included in the daily rates are: private parking, the use of green spaces, sports fields and swimming pool, final cleaning and breakfast available in the flat or buffet in the dining room and in the spring/summer outdoors. Extra beds, linen change and laundry service, flat cleaning (also daily) and in the winter months firewood are available on request.

In the Estate you will find 50 square meter apartments with independent entrance and courtyards with views of the gardens and the mountains that surround the Salto Valley. In each apartment you will find a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a small living room with fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace with firewood available, TV, independent heating, and two single beds.
