The restaurant at Farm-house Tenuta Del Varco

The restaurant offers both à la carte menus and fixed price menus. Open from Friday evening to Sunday lunch between September and May (no Sunday dinner) and every day except Sunday evening and Monday in the months of June, July and August. Each dish is prepared with care and respect for raw materials, pasta and gnocchi are prepared strictly by hand almost daily taking care of the products used to always have the maximum possible quality. For unique and special dishes we use numerous company productions, from game to black Reatine pig, to horticultural products all strictly organic, in full respect of animal and plant welfare. In order not to neglect the tradition of the place, the resources that our land gives us such as mushrooms, truffles, chestnuts and berries are also exploited. Only very select meats for our customers. Whether grilled or simply cooked in a pan or on the grill our meat will always maintain a rich and tasty flavor. We attach great importance to the quality of raw materials and our meat comes predominantly from local farms. Our restaurant offers high quality cuisine which could not lack a wide range of wine choices. We are proud to offer approximately 65 labels, the selection of the best wineries in Central Italy, as well as the great Italian classics.
