We are Giorgia and the Filiberto family, here in Diano San Pietro for generations. The Casale was born from the respectful restoration of an ancient stone farmhouse, where we created two apartments and a cottage for those who wish to stay in the village. From here you can see the Gulf of Aranci and, above all, the olive groves we have always cultivated: three hectares of pure taggiasca, maintained with meticulous care from pruning to harvest.
The oil we produce is the oil we drink ourselves. We cold-press it within 24 hours so it remains as it should be: golden, fruity, with that almond note that makes it authentic. If you would like to taste it or simply sleep peacefully surrounded by olive trees, with the sea visible from here, you are most welcome. Nothing extraordinary, just our land done well.
