In Rossiglione, where the province of Genoa touches Piedmont, the Lavagè family has been raising Italian Brown cattle since the 1960s, when others were leaving the valley for the city. Raw milk becomes fresh, aged and blue cheeses in the cheese dairy; the farm also produces its own meat. The agritourism rooms are located in the Beigua Park, recognized by UNESCO as a Global Geopark, with breakfast featuring homemade products—including homemade focaccia. From the barn you can observe the milking. Nearest motorway exits: Masone and Ovada.
