The restaurant at Farm-house Ca' Del Lago

Dining in our Ristoro allows you to savor typical elements of traditional Lariana cuisine with new experimentations: risottos of various kinds, homemade pasta, meats and cured meats of our own production, tastings of local cheeses with honey and jams and other delicious dishes to enjoy accompanied by fine wines. Our dishes are prepared with the freshest first-quality ingredients, partly from our organic crops and our farms, cooked in a light and natural way, using innovative cooking techniques reducing fat use to a minimum. According to our philosophy, cooking while fully respecting the nature of the raw materials we use, allows you to fully benefit from the substances they contain. The water we serve comes from the springs of our mountains, further purified according to ministerial decree n.181 of the Ministry of Public Health. Sparkling water is enhanced with CO2. We respect the environment, avoiding packaging, transport, disposal, and energy consumption.
