In the same farmhouse, a restaurant serving typical local cuisine and a conference room with more than 100 seats suitable for all meetings and gatherings. The Dellavalle family wanted to create an elegant but informal environment, suitable for all occasions, which aims to bring as many people as possible closer to the surrounding area; Land of Waters and Countryside. All our rooms are named after a flower. Furnished in style with furniture from the surrounding farmhouses, they are distinguished by a warm welcome accompanied by the most modern facilities. Our restaurant puts all its experience at your disposal with ingredients produced on the farm or in local farms, creating different menus every day based on seasonal products. Dining at L'Airone is a tasteful choice that helps you rediscover the values of our territory and its products. However, we are always available to organise 'tailor-made' receptions and banquets with due attention to all your needs. The restaurant is open every evening and at weekends also for lunch.
