Il Fondaco Farm Stay is a family-run agriturismo in Piovere (Brescia), inside the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, about 4 km from Lake Garda: a quiet hideaway between the lake and the mountains, made for slow days, fresh air, and wide-open views.

Accommodation is fully independent and set inside a restored rural house, where the original character has been preserved while adding the comforts you need. Each unit is designed to give you freedom, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable spaces, and Wi-Fi, so you can easily balance hiking time and rest.

You can choose from apartments and rooms with different atmospheres: the two-level Attic with lake view and fireplace; “Il Fico”, bright and airy with a terrace; the more rustic “Taverna” with fireplace and porch; “La Chicca”, minimal in style with stone details and vaulted ceilings; and Casa Lena, an independent renovated house with a furnished terrace, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Life here continues outdoors too: walks through olive trees and panoramic trails, local activities, and a visit to Azienda Agricola Silvia, with animals and a tasting of their own extra-virgin olive oil. It’s ideal if you want a more authentic, peaceful side of Lake Garda, away from the crowds but still close to everything that makes the area special.
