Nestled among the province of Como, Varese and Milano, with Como Lake at its foot and Switzerland at its back, Quercus is the perfect getaway to treat yourself to the flavours of nature. All ingredients are made with raw materials directly from our farm, together with our selected suppliers, and are processed by our first-class chefs. Their experienced hands will pamper you with amazing dishes to enjoy in an endlessly charming environment. Surprising and unexpected tastes that will delight our guests, the centre of our attention. Not the usual Quercus. Seasonal and local products only, offered in three tasting proposals offering dishes based on seasonality and at the discretion of our chefs.
