At the Vercana farm, a stone mill grinds chestnuts harvested locally and corn grown on-site: from these flours come chestnut gnocchetti and polenta. The farm's own olives and local cured meats also make their way into the kitchen, alongside ingredients sourced from small producers in the area. Dining takes place on the terrace, with views over Lake Como. The service is warm and family-style, and the menu reflects what is available at any given moment.
