Let us give you just two examples of our top quality produce. There is the warm milk from the first milking of the day which is turned by our dairy workers Sergio and Bruno into cheese, our fresh young ‘latticini' cheeses and other traditional Valtellina dairy products. Then there are the best cuts of meat which are offered by Stefano, our livestock produce specialist, an expert in making a range of cured hams based on the recipes of our grand-parents.
