La Fattoria di Cignano is located in the hamlet of Cignano, just a few kilometres from Camerino, at the foot of the Monti Sibillini. It is an agricultural farm that produces its own vegetables and has transformed part of its business into an agritourism venture with rooms and a restaurant. The silence here is remarkable: from the windows you can see fields and woods, with no traffic noise.
In the kitchen they use what they grow and what they find in the local territory. Homemade tagliatelle are dressed with mushrooms and truffle, asparagus finds its way into margherita pizzas. The restaurant welcomes both those arriving for an informal lunch and entire families or groups for celebrations and ceremonies. The rooms are designed as a place to stay peacefully, with heating and essential comforts. Management is family-run, and those who work here know the territory well: hikers set out from here towards the Parco dei Sibillini, which can also be reached on foot. Breakfast is included. The property is open all year round: in winter the landscape changes with the snow, in summer you can sit outside in the silence.
