The restaurant at Farm-house Agra Mater

Respect for nature and its rhythms, curiosity towards local gastronomic tradition and solidarity with small artisanal realities guide the style of our cuisine: many of the products that our agriturismo transforms and develops to create traditional and local recipes, aimed at enhancing the gastronomic culture of the Marche territory, come from our own productions such as cereals, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit and wild herbs. Our farmyard animals are raised in the open air and fed with hay and grains, the meats used all come from non-intensive farms and the selection of cured meats and cheeses offered come from neighboring agricultural businesses, thus guaranteeing the certification of quality and origin of these products.
