The farmhouse is located in the hills of the upper Macerata area, in the middle of the countryside at a distance of four kilometres from Gualdo. The Casale dates back to the early twentieth century and was initially three farmhouses, which were later renovated with complete respect for the environment. The structure consists of three elegantly furnished flats, plus a relaxation room with a Jacuzzi and a sauna. APARTMENTS - "il Canestraio" (sleeps 8): The flat is on two floors, it is very spacious, on the ground floor there is a large living room and kitchen, a bathroom and ironing room, on the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 are en suite while the other 2 share a bathroom. - "la Greppia" (sleeps 4): The flat is on two floors, the ground floor consists of a kitchen lounge, a bathroom and ironing room. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with bathroom. - "il Granaio" (sleeps 2): This flat is small but comfortable and equipped with everything. It consists of a kitchen on the ground floor, on the upper floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, plus a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view and from here you can sunbathe without being disturbed. RELAX ROOM: In this room there is a Jacuzzi (whirlpool bath) for 5/6 persons and a Tylo sauna for 5/6 persons, plus a bathroom with shower and changing rooms. In the loft there is a gymnasium.
