Casale San Filippo produces olive oil on the hills of Osimo and manages three rooms with views over the valley. One is a studio with four beds and kitchenette. The other is a quadruple room with original terracotta floors. The windows overlook green expanses interrupted only by the chirping of birds.
In the kitchen work Sandro and Sandra Giuliodori. At lunch and dinner they offer traditional Marche dishes with ingredients from the farm and the region: pappardelle al cinghiale, maltagliati with ciauscolo and lemon cream, cinghiale al salmi. The fixed menu costs 38 euros. In summer there are games for children in the outdoor space. The Riviera del Conero is just a few kilometres away, as are the medieval villages of the valley.
