In the heart of the Marche region, 40 km from the sea (Adriatic coastline) and 40 km from the Sibillini Mountains, a land known for its favourable terrain and typical local products, you can spend a holiday, even a short one, in our flats, and enjoy the typical dishes of Marche cuisine in our restaurants 'le Fonti' and 'Zi Nenè'. The Country House is located in Serrapetrona, and consists of six mini-apartments, furnished with an independent entrance. It is the ideal place to fully enjoy the beauty of the green hills of the Marche that offer tranquillity, various tourist itineraries in the neighbouring areas and a home-made cuisine that is highly appreciated, especially for its typical local products such as Vernaccia wine and cold cuts. Beyond the house, a path leads to a wood that can be walked through while relaxing in the midst of nature. We have a swimming pool in a panoramic position and fully exposed to the sun so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The structure can accommodate up to a maximum of 26 people, one flat is reserved for the disabled. A common room for all flats with a kitchen, where guests can gather for recreational hours, lunches, dinners and parties. For breakfast, we will provide all that is necessary and our guests can comfortably prepare it in their own flat, or you can let us know your preferred time to meet us in the lounge and we will prepare all that is necessary to get the day off to a good start.

The country house is composed of 6 mini apartments with independent entrance, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, possibility of adding beds in the living area if the use of the kitchen is excluded and therefore possibility of stays with only overnight, overnight and breakfast, half board. Groups are also hosted with the use of equipped lounge and kitchen.
