POOL inside the park for the exclusive use of our guests. The farm is located in a strategic position because of it is equidistant from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and the Sibillini mountains (about 30 km.) Coming to see us will be an opportunity to visit the many cities of art of which the region Marche rich, without ever losing touch with nature. Possibility to stay not in simple apartments, but delicious rustic or independent rooms, garden and private solarium exclusive use, with exposed beams, furnished with taste, sights, with fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and satellite TV.

Who we are

Il Podere del fagiano differs from other structures as it offers simple apartments or terraced houses that share outer space, but houses autonomous with its own garden and widely distant from each other. We have a swimming pool in the park for the exclusive free use of our guests In total we have ONLY two houses and a room, so few people occupy entire property !!
