The structure is located in the heart of the Bosco della Luja, a still unspoiled area of woods and vineyards, for which an environmental protection project is underway through the establishment of a park or nature reserve. Among its notable features is the wildlife: in the small Luja stream rare freshwater crayfish still live, and in the skies soars a raptor typical of the Langhe, the Short-toed Eagle, a predator of reptiles; wild boar and roe deer are also abundant in the area. As for the flora, there are at least twenty varieties of wild orchids out of the hundred varieties known to Italian botanists.In an old stone farmhouse (at 525 metres above sea level, in the territory of Loazzolo, Langa Astigiana) 5 large rooms have been set up, equipped with all facilities, available to guests, for an original and relaxing holiday in contact with nature. Even in winter the climate is particularly mild, thanks to the sea breeze that arrives from the nearby Ligurian coast (which also favours the cultivation of olive trees). In collaboration with the European School of Massage Medicine, therapeutic and relaxing massage courses are organised.The estate produces excellent wine from Chardonnay, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo grape varieties, which is offered to guests at advantageous conditions. The area is of great naturalistic interest, as well as gastronomic and wine-related interest.
