The rooms and facilities of the agriturismo originate from a rural house dating back to 1886, restructured while largely maintaining the original characteristics. It is equipped with 3 rooms, for a total of 9 beds, with a convenient elevator to access from the ground floor to the room floor. The interiors of the rooms are furnished with solid wood furniture, latex mattresses, beds 2 meters long for greater comfort, balcony with panoramic view. The structure is equipped with an elevator. The three rooms are: Robin, Nightingale and Goldfinch. Each room is equipped with: television safe complete bathroom with hairdryer bedding panoramic balcony ceiling fan for the "Nightingale" and "Robin" rooms

Description Rifugio Dell’anima

The 'Rifugio dell'Anima' agritourism is located in Monticello d'Alba (Cuneo), a characteristic village in the lower Piedmont, in the area known as Roero. Monticello is located 10 km from the town of Alba, famous for its Truffle Fair, and from the town of Bra, site of the international Cheese exhibition dedicated to cheese. At an altitude of 356 metres, the "Rifugio dell'anima" stands on the "Bricchi" hill, surrounded by vineyards and woods of chestnuts and oaks, in an atmosphere of peace and silence that is reminiscent of other times. The agriturismo has a swimming pool for the private use of guests. From here the view sweeps from the hills of the Langa to the villages of the Roero framed by the Alpine chain, among which the majestic Monviso stands out, coloured in shades of pink and orange in the summer and autumn sunsets. From the balcony of the house there is also a splendid view of the castle of the 'Conti Roero', which is about 700 metres away as the crow flies. Dating back to the 11th century, it is still in excellent condition and is open to the public in spring and autumn, with guided tours. The 'Refuge of the Soul', decidedly isolated for those who enjoy a peaceful holiday, nevertheless offers the possibility of reaching the villages of Monticello, Corneliano and S. Vittoria d'Alba in a short time, by following the charming little dirt road (path S.4) that passes through vineyards and woods. Near the house stands the country chapel dating back to 1950 dedicated to the Madonna della Guardia. There are about 7 km of paths in the middle of the woods where you can relax on long walks surrounded by unspoilt nature, amidst the chirping of birds and animals such as red squirrels and roe deer. Every now and then the call of the buzzard catches the eye, which like a guardian ploughs the sky with its concentric flights.

Services Farm-house

The agriturismo has a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. From here the view spans from the Langa hills to the villages of Roero framed by the Alpine chain, among which the Monviso stands out majestically, which takes on shades of pink and orange during summer and autumn sunsets. In the agricultural farm you will be able to taste and purchase Piedmont products such as: vegetables, fruit, wine, honey, cheeses. All our products are grown naturally respecting the life cycle of the plant. Mountain bikes are available to guests for excursions.
