In Novello, in the typical historical center, lies a place fully dedicated to flavors and scents of our tradition. - Inside the restaurant you will find a permanent exhibition of paintings representing corners of this beautiful village and foreshortening views of the Langa, painted by RIVA GIAN PIETRO, a local artist. - The agricultural and food products, as well as the wine, come from our farm house or other nearby farm houses. - Our restaurant offers a choice between a tasting menu or “la carte” menu both accompanied by a rich and refined wine list. - We pay a particular attention for those who have food intolerances and celiac disease. - Our chefs Luca and Marzia together with Cinzia, head waiter, will be pleased to welcome you. You will dive in the past and, closing your eyes, you will find yourself in the medieval Langa and its castles, populated (during the XIXth century) by kings, writers, beautiful women, nobles and courtiers
