The farmhouse is located in the southern part of the Propano farmstead, where there were originally high sheds used to shelter hay and farm machinery. It is on 2 floors with 1 studio and 5 rooms on the upper floor, accessible from the gallery, and 4 rooms on the ground floor. The rooms on the 1st floor have wooden ceilings and exposed arches, the studio apartment is on the corner and has a beautiful view of Monviso and the historic part of Saluzzo. On the driveway there is a lovely room with an exposed roof covered in wood. On the ground floor the rooms overlook the garden and one is equipped for the handicapped. The entrance hall leads into a large, bright living room with a wooden roof and access to the inner garden with lawn, large trees and 2 hollyhocks. The room can also be used for meetings and gatherings. The rooms are furnished with a mixture of vintage and modern furniture, have terracotta floors and are equipped with satellite TV, internet connection and telephone. The bathrooms are large, all with showers except the one-room apartment, which has a bathtub with a glass shower and an anteroom. The colours of nature have been used for the farmhouse decoration, creating lively contrasts.
