Born in Bari, after almost 25 years of living and working in the United Kingdom, with my husband (Welsh of origin), I decided to move permanently to Valle D'Itria to get closer to my family and start a new business in contact with nature and with rhythms of life on a human scale. Trullo Casa Rosa is the expression of our dream of sharing our passion for the history, architecture and traditions of this wonderful part of Puglia. Our love for the simple pleasures in life: good food, good wine, laughter and friendship.
Just 1 mile from Alberobello-the Unesco town of the 1,500 trulli- in the gorgeous itria valley, dotted by olive & fruit trees and vineyards. Trullo Casa Rosa (CIS TA07301361000017040) is the ideal romantic escape or the relaxing place for a special holiday which can be combined to cultural and culinary visits. Possibility of cookery courses. Delicious breakfast, and dinners upon reservation, prepared by the chef Rossella with her own produces from the organic garden and the own-produced olive oil.
Trullo - with independent entrance and equipped garden, it comprises 3 fresh exposed stone rooms. A dining room is formed under the large cone with a well-equipped kitchenette; living room under the large barrel or "lamia" roof with fireplace, free minibar, coffee table and armchairs; under the suggestive star roof, the spacious and adjoining double bedroom; a mode bathroom with walk-in shower, refined linen. It can accommodate up to 3 adults + 1 child. Mimosa Suite, adjacent to the trullo, is part of the same property, but with an independent entrance. It has a large terrace, fully equipped, which overlooks our olive grove and orchard and where you can enjoy the sun or relax under the shady wooden pergola. This spacious apartment consists of a large entrance hall, two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed, a large equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom. Fine linen. It can accommodate 4 adults + 1 child.
