Our restaurant offers guests of the agriturismo the opportunity to participate in tasting dinners using products from our company or nearby companies entirely at km zero. Dinners are organized twice a week with fixed menu and price. The kitchen is not available for personal use by customers.

The menu

The company's choice is to re-propose the use of ancient grains, that is to say varieties of wheat from the past that have remained authentic and original. Typical of our land is the 'Senatore Cappelli' wheat which holds excellent nutritional qualities, a high protein value and a low gluten content. Our mission is to work entirely WITH products cultivated by us and to collaborate with nearby Companies, so that tradition, culture and quality come together in a single bite!
