Agriturismo Tenuta Carrino is a family-run accommodation facility comprising 12 hectares of arable land and olive groves. Our farm is immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, precisely 500 metres from the characteristic 'La Strea' peninsula, an ideal place for kitesurfing enthusiasts, and for nature lovers as it is a marine park and archaeological site. Finally, the structure is just a few steps away from the beautiful Ionian coast. We like to think of our structure as having 'two windows': one on the sea and one on nature. The farmhouse was created to continue a family tradition based on the cultivation of typical Salento vegetables and fruit and the production of olive oil, but above all, it was created to promote the art of cooking. The farmhouse is an excellent refuge, if you are looking for privacy and tranquillity, not far from the centre, the noise of the city and summer chaos. We are among the few facilities that are strategically located to enjoy exclusive services: the staff organises tasting dinners twice a week in the on-site restaurant. The facility also has an outdoor swimming pool with heated water that allows you to extend your holiday in Salento. Finally, the private pine forest, peace and quiet of the Salento countryside will allow you to fully relax. The small number of rooms (5) allows us to take care of the services for our guests down to the smallest detail, pampering them throughout their holiday, but always with the utmost discretion. The pleasant atmosphere that is created during your stay is not only due to the characteristics of the place, but certainly also to the extraordinary hospitality of the Carrino family, their friendliness and simplicity that make your holiday pleasant and peaceful.

The Agriturismo descends from an old farmhouse dating back to 1950 and the last renovation took place in 2021. The latter is equipped with five rooms that take the name of plants typical of Salento, recalling its colors and scents; they are furnished with taste and elegance and embrace a contemporary style with a gaze always turned to the past. All rooms are equipped with an independent entrance and private bathroom. All surrounded by plenty of greenery.
