The facility, located in an oasis of 12 hectares of land, olive groves, orchards and horse paddocks, consists of a main building (hotel with 17 rooms, reception, restaurant, bar), a Masseria (with 9 rooms including Suites and Deluxe rooms, Bar Pool) and the so-called Case a corte ('remake' trulli, 10 flats). In the Masseria area, there are two swimming pools: one with a constant depth of 1.20 m, the other with a depth of 60 cm. In the area to the west, we find the stables, paddocks and various orchards.
