Scalilla is a typical farm, situated in melendugno, in the heart of salento, south of apulia, between otranto and lecce. Here, you can find the oldest olive trees, witnesses of history and civilization. In the respect of nature and old traditions of salento, our farm produces three different types of extravergin olive oil, vegetables under oil, jams, marmelades, tomato sauce and bakery products. Further, to those who love country side and peace, we offer the possibility to spend some days of rest. If you decide to spend some days at us you will able to appreciate our old traditions, our mode way to work the land, our famous monuments, the wonderful beauty of our sea and the folklore of our people.
