The holiday formula provides accommodation in independent brick and/or wooden buildings, just 700 m from the sea, equipped with all comforts. The flats, immersed in the well-kept greenery of the farmhouse, consist of a living room with kitchenette, bedrooms, bathroom, veranda (see bungalow types). Covered and/or uncovered parking on the farm is reserved for guests. The Azienda Agrituristica Il Contadino extends over 50 hectares of orchards, vineyards and olive groves: an immense production that arrives directly in the kitchen of the prized restaurant. Not far from the restaurant, the oil mill, the wine cellar, and the laboratory bear fruit: experience and incessant work create the best products to offer to those who visit the shops and to those who, even from afar (shipments are made), choose to savour the delicate and sometimes decisive taste of Salento flavours. In addition to the countless natural beauties, in fact, the Il Contadino agritourism is equipped with a car park, a five-a-side football pitch and a camping area with toilets. The accommodation formula provides for accommodation in independent brick and/or wooden buildings, located only 700 metres from the sea, equipped with air-conditioned rooms with bathroom, living room, kitchenette, veranda, refrigerator and television. Covered and/or uncovered parking on the farm is reserved for guests. The farm covers 50 hectares of orchards, vineyards and olive groves: an immense production that arrives directly in the kitchen of the highly esteemed restaurant. In fact, the cuisine that the farm offers is a real temptation to pleasure that daily respects tradition but at the same time is attentive to new tastes: simple and healthy foods from its own production. Variegated is the Menu of Dishes in which the freshness of gnocchi with aromatic herbs, the decisive red of orecchiette with tomato sauce, the delicacy of roast kid, the typicality of broad beans and chicory, and the ancient tradition of 'ciceri e tria' (chickpeas and tria) stand out. The Il Contadino restaurant also offers a fragrant Pizza Doc, baked in a wood-fired oven, prepared with skilful skill, made and topped with unparalleled home-grown products.
