Villa Conca Marco is a family-run tourist farm in Salento situated a few steps away from the sea in Apulia. Our Farmhouse is, in fact, situated on the Lecce-Otranto coast road, 3 km away from a wild and boundless beach with private bathing lido, encircled by an olive grove between an 18 hole Golf Course and the WWF “Le Cesine” oasis. Besides, art and sport courses, guided excursions and music events are organized. Villa Conca Marco Country House Holiday with its restaurant offers the opportunity of discovering Apulia’s authentic flavours and tasting the typical food of our region and the best pure olive oil, produced on the Farm. Villa Conca Marco is a simple place, surrounded by nature, but providing all the comforts required: air-conditioned rooms, all of them having en-suite bathroom. All our rooms have private bathroom and heating, TV, garden view. All our guests enjoy the services offered by the concierge (information, parking, swimming pool, holiday packages). Standard Rooms are provided with en-suite bathroom, TV, air conditioned and some rooms overlook the garden on the west side, and the others with a view over the olive grove on the east side. Some of the Standard rooms for 4 or 5 persons are two- roomed. Superior Rooms are located in a private part of the farmhouse and they are provided with en- suite bathroom, sofa, private terrace, TV-LCD, strongbox and air conditioner. All rooms are on the ground floor surrounded by the countryside and the olive grove.
