Masseria Baronali is an agriturismo in Melendugno, in the area of Borgagne, on the border with Otranto. It stands in the Macchia del Barone, a large area covered with centuries-old olive trees that once belonged to the Baron d'Amely. The masseria has been here for over two centuries and was once a home for farm workers. The Palano family restored it, respecting the architecture and materials of the period.
The property is small and elegant. It is surrounded by land farmed organically, of great landscape value. It lies halfway between baroque Lecce and Otranto, a short walk from the sea, in the quiet of the olive trees and the Salento countryside.
The agriturismo has 12 beds. The rooms are doubles or twins, for two or three people, with a private bathroom. They are also available as suites, with two interconnecting rooms and a bathroom, for 4 or 6 people.
The rates include breakfast, hot and cold water, and a fridge, television and air conditioning in the room. Bed linen and towels are included, with a weekly change. Guests have use of a large swimming pool and a small restaurant serving typical dishes of the Salento tradition.

Recommends this property Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Anwesen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Am besten gefielen uns die große Terrasse und der herrliche Pool. Reichliches Frühstück, mit frischen Brötchen und gutem Kaffee. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir zufrieden, nur die Dusche hätte eine Grundreinigung gebraucht. Der auf dem Gelände befindliche Rohbau stört die Idylle ein wenig. Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert bei gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Recommends this property Accoglienza meravigliosa da parte dei proprietari,camera stupenda, Vitto maiuscolo. La piscina, inserita in un contesto di verde , sembra estrapolata da un angolo di paradiso. Peccato che ci sono pochi posti letto !
