The agriturismo offers independent one or more-room apartments and bungalows, with fully equipped kitchenettes, bathrooms with shower, TV, air conditioning/heating, private verandas and generous communal outdoor space with Wi-Fi connection. The jewel in the farm’s crown is the typical Salento cuisine, prepared using the farm’s own produce and served in the farm’s 2 restaurants. Orecchiette and maccheroncini pasta alla contadina, sagne 'ncannulate pasta with ragù, fava beans and chicory and grilled meats are just some of the farm’s specialities. Upon request, a generous breakfast with fresh cow's milk, coffee, homemade tarts and cakes and biscotti baked in a stone oven. The Agriturismo Scalelle is located two minutes from Otranto, the eastemost city of Italy, bathed by the Adriatic Sea incredibly blue and characterized by a historic center among the most beautiful and suggestive of Puglia. Just a few minutes by car one may easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento: North Baia dei Turchi, the beaches of Alimini, Torre dell’Orso and Sant’ Andrea; to the south the splendid bay of Porto Badisco, Santa Cesarea Terme and Castro. Mini-apartments, apartments and bungalows are available to guests, designed to accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 6 guests. The accommodations, furnished in a modestyle, are all independent and on the ground floor equipped with an equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, air conditioning / heating and a large outdoor veranda for the exclusive enjoyment of the guest.
